Hi, I’m Kelly — the heart and hands behind Tiny Tails Dog Wash.
Caring for dogs has always been more than a passion for me, and after spending over a year working at a local dog daycare and boarding facility, I learned how much a calm, patient approach can transform a dog’s grooming experience. I’ve bathed, brushed, dried, and comforted hundreds of pups — from wiggly puppies to seniors who need a little extra love — and every single one taught me something new about trust and gentle care.
I recently started working at a Veterinary Clinic, which has deepened my understanding of canine behavior, safety, and well-being, and it’s what inspired me to create a small, peaceful space where dogs feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.
I would like to let everyone know that I am based at home and I am NOT a professional groomer. I do not offer full grooming unless you understand that it may not turn out perfect.

How long does a dog wash appointment take?
Most appointments take 45 minutes or longer , depending on your dog’s coat, size, and comfort level. Because we work one dog at a time, your pup gets gentle care from start to finish.
Do you groom multiple dogs at once?
Nope! Your dog gets my full, undivided attention during their appointment.
This keeps the environment calm and quiet, especially for nervous, senior, or first-time pups.
What if my dog is anxious or doesn't like baths?
That’s totally okay!
I use slow, patient handling, positive reinforcement, and a peaceful setting to help your dog feel safe. We always go at your dog’s pace, never rushed.
Do you offer de-matting or special shampoo treatments?
Yes!
You can add-on:
• De-matting (light to moderate)
• Hypoallergenic shampoo
Everything is done gently to protect your dog’s skin and comfort, if extremely matted I would recommend a full shave with a professional.
What do I need to bring to my dog’s first appointment?
Just your pup, a collar/leash, and any important info about their health or behavior.
If your dog has allergies or sensitivities, please let me know—I'm happy to accommodate them.
