1. Services Provided
Tiny Tails Dog Wash offers dog bathing, de-shedding, light trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, de-matting, specialty shampoos, and related grooming services. We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time.
2. Appointment Policies
Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You may book online, by phone, or through our contact form.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations.
If no notice is made a cancellation fee will apply.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
3. Health & Safety Requirements
To ensure a safe environment:
- Dogs must be healthy enough to receive grooming services.
- Any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities must be disclosed at time of booking AND on your intake form.
- Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations or you must accept full responsibility for health risks.
- Dogs with contagious conditions (fleas, mites, ringworm, etc.) may be refused service.
4. Behavioral Policies
Your dog’s safety—and ours—comes first.
- Dogs showing severe aggression or unsafe behavior may have services paused or discontinued.-
- Muzzling may be used when necessary for safety.
- If your dog becomes too stressed, anxious, or reactive, we may modify or stop the service to protect their wellbeing.
- You are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by your dog.
5. Matting & Coat Condition
- Severely matted coats require special handling.
- Extra fees apply for mat removal or de-matting.
- In cases of extreme matting, we may need to shave the coat for the dog’s comfort and safety.
- Shaving may reveal pre-existing skin issues; we are not responsible for conditions caused by matting negligence.
6. Grooming Risks
Grooming can involve certain risks, including:
- Minor cuts or nicks
- Irritation from products
- Stress or anxiety
- Nail “quicking”
- Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Emergency Veterinary Care
If your dog becomes ill or injured during services:
- We will attempt to contact you immediately.
- If urgent care is required, we may take your dog to the nearest available veterinarian.
- You are responsible for all veterinary costs, regardless of outcome.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
- Online payment methods (if available)
- Fees may apply for additional handling, severe matting, specialty treatments, or behavior-related accommodations.
9. Photos & Social Media
We may take photos or videos of your dog during or after services.
You grant Tiny Tails Dog Wash permission to use these images for:
- Social media
- Website content
- Marketing materials

10. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Tails Dog Wash is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Post-grooming reactions
- Fleas, ticks, or parasites
- Breed-specific sensitivities
- Injury due to matting or neglect
Your dog’s wellbeing is our top priority, and services are performed with care and professionalism.
